The Missouri Dairy Hall of Honors Foundation sponsors an awards program to recognize and honor Missouri individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the progress and welfare of the dairy industry. Awards are bestowed in the following four categories.

- Pioneer Dairy Leader Award
