There are four levels of membership.

Individual Lifetime Membership – available to individuals on payment of $50 or more.

Bronze Lifetime Membership – available to individuals, organizations, associations, and corporations on payment of $100 or more.

Silver Lifetime Membership – available to individuals, organizations, associations, and corporations on payment of $300 or more.

Gold Lifetime Membership – available to individuals, organizations, associations, and corporations on payment of $500 or more.
